Stand here, forget

Through the lens of Mumbai, Shreni explores the entropy of urban memory, where concrete history meets digital erasure. Conceived as a time capsule, the work behaves as a living system—recalibrating itself in response to sound. A shifting aggregate of “fragments” anchors the frame, registering sonic pressure as pulse, accumulation, and fracture, visualising the invisible forces of a city in constant overwrite. Stand Here, Forget proposes a condition of uneven memory, reflecting on what endures, and what breaks, when a city lets go.
